How long does shipping take?

We ship from our local warehouse within 24-48 hours.
Delivery usually takes 6–14 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

If you ordered a combo (blanket + slippers), your items may be shipped in two separate packages to speed up delivery. Shipping remains completely free, and Warmlycozy covers all additional costs for you.

What if I need to return or exchange my order?

Please note that we don’t accept size exchanges, as each item is carefully made and packaged once your order is confirmed.
Our slippers are thoughtfully designed to fit across two sizes (for example, W 7.5 – 8) ensuring a naturally flexible, cozy fit that adapts perfectly to your feet.

There’s truly little to no chance the size won’t fit, they’re made to feel just right.
